The authority may require in the financing agreement or other closing documents signed by the applicant that the applicant periodically provide financial, operational, or other information to the authority over the term of the financing. The authority, or its designated agent, may periodically review the Arctic infrastructure development and may require the applicant to

1. (1) permit an on-site visit and inspection of the Arctic infrastructure development by the authority or its agent;
2. (2) provide updated financial, operational, or other information on the applicant or the Arctic infrastructure development.
