The application process for seeking financing under the Arctic infrastructure development program and fund is a two-step procedure using first the submission of a preliminary application form. If the authority determines, based on the preliminary application, that the Arctic infrastructure development is eligible for financing under the Arctic infrastructure development program and fund, the authority may request the applicant submit a full application.
