Unless displaced by the particular provisions of this chapter, the principles of law and equity, including AS 45.01 - AS 45.08, AS 45.12, AS 45.14, and AS 45.29 (Uniform Commercial Code), the law merchant, and law relative to capacity to contract, agency, fraud, misrepresentation, duress, coercion, mistake, or bankruptcy supplement the provisions of this chapter.
