Unless the context indicates otherwise, in this chapter

1. (1) "advisory council" means the Advisory Council on Cultural Facilities established by AS 44.33.400;
2. (2) "commissioner" means the commissioner of commerce, community, and economic development;
3. (3) "department" means the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development.
