Investigations made under AS 34.55.022 shall be made at the expense of the applicant according to the current per diem rate for each day of travel and on-site inspection; plus round trip air and ground transportation from the examiner's duty station. An applicant shall deposit an amount equal to the estimated cost of the on-site inspection prior to the on-site inspection.
