1. (a) The fee for a domestic limited partnership filing a certificate of limited partnership or a foreign limited partnership filing an application for registration as a foreign limited partnership under AS 32.11 is $150.
2. (b) The nonrefundable fee for filing a certificate of amendment, an amended registration of foreign limited partnership, or any other document filed under AS 32.11 is $25.
3. (c) The nonrefundable fee for filing a certificate of cancellation under AS 32.11 is $25.
4. (d) Repealed 7/13/2003.
