A person with a license under AS 06.60 in effect on July 31, 2009, who wishes to amend or surrender a license, establish or terminate an employment relationship with a licensee, or request other department action relating to a license under AS 06.60, must submit the necessary forms to the registry and pay state and registry fees through the registry.
