When the department pays a claim from the fund, the following information will be added to the license file of each mortgage loan originator licensee named in the findings and conclusions as responsible for the loss:

1. (1) a copy of the findings and conclusions and the order adopted by the department;
2. (2) proof of payment from the fund to the claimant.
