A licensee seeking to renew a deferred deposit advance license must make the request to the department through the registry. A licensee seeking to renew a license must submit the renewal application, bond, and first installment of the fee required under 3 AAC 11.020 to the department so that the department receives the renewal application, bond, and annual fee installment no later than November 1 of the year in which the license is due to expire.
