In secs. 310 - 399 of this chapter
- (1) "association" means a mutual savings and loan association;
- (2) "chairperson" means the chairperson of the board of directors of a converting association; and
- (3) "member" means a person holding an account in the converting association or to whom a loan has been made by that association.
