Alaska Admin. Code tit. 3, § 04.920 – Trust company reports to department

(a) A trust company shall prepare the quarterly reports of condition required under AS 06.26.930(a) on
1. (1) the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) Consolidated Reports of Condition and Income form, Schedule RC-T (Fiduciary and Related Services); and
2. (2) a form prepared by the department.
(b) With the approval of the department, a trust company may file a report required by the department as an electronic record or by facsimile transmission. The department may accept an electronic signature on an electronic record that is filed with the department and that requires a signature under AS 06.26 or this chapter in accordance with AS 09.80.150.
