- (a) A credit union's field of membership must be limited to a group or groups of persons having a common bond, affinity, unifying factor or characteristic which links them together and distinguishes them from the general public.
- (b) A credit union may serve diverse groups which possess the characteristics identified in (a) of this section within each group.
- (c) Persons may be members of more than one credit union.
- (d) A group may wish to spin off from an established credit union and form its own credit union under 3 AAC 03.340.
