The board will, in its discretion, change the conditions of parole for the following reasons:
- (1) a condition is no longer necessary for either the protection of the public or rehabilitation of the parolee;
- (2) an additional condition is necessary because of changed circumstances, for either the protection of the public or rehabilitation of the parolee;
- (3) the board determines that a condition is inappropriate because of changed circumstances; or
- (4) any other reason deemed sufficient by the board.
