An organization listed in 20 AAC 30.450 and applying for a workshop grant must

1. (1) complete a workshop grant application provided by the council in the guidelines and application form, adopted by reference in 20 AAC 30.983(6), for a workshop grant; and

2. (2) submit the following items, so that each is received or postmarked not later than the deadline established in the guidelines and application form described in (1) of this section:

   1. (A) the completed application;
   2. (B) any documentation required by the guidelines and application form.
