An individual applying for a career opportunity grant must

1. (1) complete a career opportunity grant application provided by the council in the guidelines and application form, adopted by reference in 20 AAC 30.983(4), for a career opportunity grant; and

2. (2) submit the following items, so that each is received or postmarked not later than the deadline established in the guidelines and application form described in (1) of this subsection:

   1. (A) the completed application;
   2. (B) any documentation requested in the guidelines and application form.
