In order to qualify for a career opportunity grant, an individual
- (1) on and after the date that the application is submitted, must be in compliance with the requirements of AS 01.10.055 for establishing residency in the state;
- (2) must be at least 18 years of age;
- (3) may not be enrolled as a full-time student during the period of the grant;
- (4) may not have received a career opportunity grant during the state fiscal year preceding the state fiscal year for which the grant is sought; and
- (5) must be an arts professional as described in 20 AAC 30.310.
