- (a) The council will award a limited number of individual fellowship grants. A grant recipient is not required to provide a match.
(b) The recipient of a grant must
- (1) expend grant money only on activities related directly to the purposes set out in 20 AAC 30.240;
- (2) maintain, throughout the grant award year, residency in the state in compliance with the requirements of AS 01.10.055;
- (3) maintain complete financial records reflecting the expenditure of all grant money within the award period; and
- (4) submit a completed fellowship report.
(c) The council will not award an individual fellowship grant if a grant application
- (1) proposes a collaborative project; or
- (2) is submitted by an individual who will be a student during the period of the grant.
