An individual applying for an individual fellowship grant must

1. (1) complete an individual fellowship grant application provided by the council in the guidelines and application form, adopted by reference in 20 AAC 30.983(3); and

2. (2) submit the following items, so that each is received or postmarked not later than the deadline established in the guidelines and application form described in (1) of this section:

   1. (A) the completed application;
   2. (B) the resume or profile required by the guidelines and application form;
   3. (C) the supporting materials required by the guidelines and application form.
