In order to qualify for an individual fellowship grant, an individual
- (1) on and after the date that the application is submitted, must be in compliance with the requirements of AS 01.10.055 for establishing residency in the state;
- (2) must be at least 18 years of age;
- (3) may not be enrolled in an art-related degree or certification program; and
- (4) may not have received an individual fellowship grant during either of the two state fiscal years preceding the state fiscal year for which the grant is sought.
