The recipient of an arts education incentive grant may not use the grant proceeds

1. (1) to pay a presenting fee for a performance;
2. (2) as replacement funds for current programming or teacher salaries;
3. (3) to pay for any portion of an artists in school residency; or
4. (4) to purchase permanent equipment.
