In 20 AAC 30.720 - 20 AAC 30.739,

1. (1) "art bank" means the Alaska contemporary art bank, an activity of the council;
2. (2) "borrower" means the state agency or congressional office responsible for the artwork during the term of the loan;

3. (3) "representative" means a staff member designated by

   1. (A) the director or executive of a state agency to select the artwork on behalf of the state agency;
   2. (B) a member of the state's Congressional delegation to select the artwork on behalf of the member's Congressional office.
