An applicant for a community arts development grant must

1. (1) complete a community arts development grant application provided by the council in the guidelines and application form, adopted by reference in 20 AAC 30.983(9), for a community arts development grant; and

2. (2) submit the following items, so that each is received or postmarked not later than the deadline established in the guidelines and application form described in (1) of this section:

   1. (A) the completed application;
   2. (B) any supporting materials requested in the guidelines and application form.
