- (a) An otherwise eligible entity may not apply for a community arts development grant if, during the same fiscal year, the entity will receive money through an operating support grant from the council.
(b) A recipient of a community arts development grant may not
- (1) receive more than one community arts development grant during each fiscal year; or
- (2) repealed 7/1/2011.
