- (a) An organization is eligible for a community arts development grant if the organization meets the eligibility requirements of 20 AAC 30.450.
(b) A school, college, or university is eligible for a community arts development program grant only if
- (1) the activity for which the grant proceeds would be expended is open to the public;
- (2) the public is the primary audience; and
- (3) the primary purpose of the activity is not the generation of academic credit.
