If, as part of an application for a storage facility permit, a hearing is required under AS 41.06.140, the commission will provide public notice as required by AS 31.05.050(b) and to the persons identified in AS 41.06.125(b). A hearing under AS 41.06.140 will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of 20 AAC 25.540.
