20 AAC 25.1000 - 20 AAC 25.1900 implement AS 41.06.105 - 41.06.210, the Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage Act as it relates to Class VI wells. Unless otherwise specified in regulation, carbon storage through a Class VI well in a storage facility is governed by 20 AAC 25.1000 - 20 AAC 25.1900; "carbon storage" and "storage facility" have the meaning given in AS 41.06.210; "Class VI well" has the meaning given in 20 AAC 25.1900.
