1. (a) Orders of the commission require approval of at least two commissioners.
2. (b) Unless otherwise indicated in the order, each conservation order issued by the commission expires two years after activities authorized in that order cease.

3. (c) Unless otherwise indicated in the order, each enhanced recovery, area, storage, and disposal injection order issued by the commission expires

   1. (1) two years after the date the order was adopted, if the operator has not commenced the injection operations authorized in the order; or
   2. (2) two years after injection operations authorized in that order conclude.
4. (d) Upon proper application, or its own motion, and unless notice and public hearing are otherwise required, the commission may administratively waive or amend the requirements of any order issued by the commission if the change does not promote waste or jeopardize correlative rights, is based on sound engineering and geoscience principles, and will not result in an increased risk of fluid movement into freshwater aquifers.
5. (e) An order under 20 AAC 25.1040 establishing a preapplication fee will not have an expiration date unless explicitly ordered by the commission.
