The Professional Student Exchange (PSE) loan program provides low-cost educational loans to Alaska students enrolled full-time in eligible degree programs that are not available in this state, but that are accessible to residents of the Western Interstate Commission on Higher Education (WICHE) member states participating in the PSE program. PSE students are required to repay the state for its support costs for the student's participation in the PSE program.
