Upon request of the commission, an institution shall provide written evidence, from the appropriate authorities, indicating compliance with requirements of local and state governments for health and safety. The commission will, in its discretion, require, and the institution shall, if so directed, arrange for local and state officials to make inspections of the premises as necessary to determine compliance.
