Relationship of borrower and endorser

(a) For purposes of 20 AAC 15.700 - 20 AAC 15.795, and except as provided in (b) of this section, the term "borrower" does not include an endorser unless specifically indicated.
(b) For purposes of AS 14.43.145, the term "borrower" includes an endorser, if any.
