Loan servicing and repayment

(a) AlaskAdvantage loans will be serviced and must be repaid in accordance with 34 C.F.R. 682.208, 34 C.F.R. 682.209, and 34 C.F.R. 682.215.
(b) A minimum monthly payment amount must be at least $50, unless otherwise agreed to by the borrower and the commission.
