- (a) To be eligible to participate in the AlaskAdvantage loan program, institutions must meet the criteria of and operate in compliance with the requirements set out in 34 C.F.R. 600.
- (b) Institutions must meet the requirements for ongoing participation in the AlaskAdvantage loan program set out in 34 C.F.R. 600 and 668.
- (c) Institutions offering programs through distance education must meet education requirements set out in 34 C.F.R. 600.7.
