Alaska Admin. Code tit. 20, § 14.205 – Applicability of other provisions

(a) Unless the context otherwise requires, and except as provided in (b) of this section, the provisions of 20 AAC 15.915, 20 AAC 15.970, 20 AAC 15.972, 20 AAC 15.975, and 20 AAC 15.990 apply to the Alaska education loan refinancing program under 20 AAC 14.200 - 20 AAC 14.240.
(b) A borrower or cosigner, if any, who has previously defaulted under 20 AAC 15.970(b)(1) is not considered to be in default status for the purpose of being eligible for a refinancing loan under 20 AAC 14.200 - 20 AAC 14.240 if no payment is currently past due on the current amortization schedule of the loan.
