Delegation of selection of underwriters

The corporation delegates the preparation for and the selection of underwriters for a bond issue to the executive officer of the corporation as specified in 20 AAC 14.010 - 20 AAC 14.040. The decision of the executive officer is the final agency decision on the selection of underwriters.
