For the purposes of AS 14.20.030(a)(2),

1. (1) "moral turpitude" means conduct that is wrong in itself even if no statute were to prohibit the conduct; and

2. (2) "a crime involving moral turpitude" includes

   1. (A) homicide;
   2. (B) manslaughter;
   3. (C) assault;
   4. (D) stalking;
   5. (E) kidnapping;
   6. (F) sexual assault;
   7. (G) sexual abuse of a minor;
   8. (H) unlawful exploitation of a minor;
   9. (I) robbery;
   10. (J) extortion;
   11. (K) coercion;
   12. (L) theft;
   13. (M) burglary;
   14. (N) arson;
   15. (O) criminal mischief;
   16. (P) forgery;
   17. (Q) criminal impersonation;
   18. (R) bribery;
   19. (S) perjury;
   20. (T) unsworn falsification;
   21. (U) interference with official proceedings;
   22. (V) witness tampering;
   23. (W) jury tampering;
   24. (X) terroristic threatening;
   25. (Y) possession or distribution of child pornography;
   26. (Z) unlawful distribution or possession for distribution of a controlled substance;
   27. (AA) unlawfully furnishing alcohol to a minor;
   28. (BB) felony possession of a controlled substance;
   29. (CC) unlawfully furnishing marijuana or products containing marijuana to a minor.
