The commission will award a maximum of nine points to an applicant for past participation in, and economic dependence on, the Prince William Sound sablefish pot gear fishery. Applicants who legally harvested sablefish from the fishery over the 1991 - 1994 time period will be awarded points for the seasons in which they participated, as follows: Season Points 19947199351992319911
