Priority classification systems for Prince William Sound sablefish fixed gear, pot gear, and net gear fisheries

- (a) The commission finds that special circumstances exist requiring the use of the point systems in 20 AAC 05.782 - 20 AAC 05.784 for the Prince William Sound sablefish fixed gear, pot gear, and net gear fisheries.
(b) A point scale of
- (1) zero through 12 is established for the Prince William Sound sablefish fixed gear fishery;
- (2) zero through nine is established for the Prince William Sound sablefish pot gear fishery; and
- (3) zero through nine is established for the Prince William Sound sablefish net gear fishery.
