The commission will award a maximum of 12 points to an applicant for past participation in, and economic dependence on, the Southeastern Alaska diving gear fishery. Applicants who harvested and sold Dungeness crab from the fishery over the January 1, 1988 - January 2, 1992 time period will be awarded points for the years in which they participated, as follows: YearPoints19918199061989419882
