Priority classification system for Southeastern Alaska Dungeness crab pot, ring net, and diving gear fisheries

- (a) The commission finds that special circumstances exist requiring the use of the point systems in 20 AAC 05.768 - 20 AAC 05.770 for the Southeastern Alaska Dungeness crab pot, ring net, and diving gear fisheries.
(b) A point scale of
- (1) 0 - 66 is established for the Southeastern Alaska Dungeness crab pot fishery;
- (2) 0 - 12 is established for the Southeastern Alaska Dungeness crab ring net fishery; and
- (3) 0 - 12 is established for the Southeastern Alaska Dungeness crab diving gear fishery.
