Alaska Admin. Code tit. 20, § 05.755 – Priority classification system for the Cook Inlet Dungeness crab pot and ring net fisheries

(a) The commission finds that special circumstances exist requiring the use of the point systems in 20 AAC 05.757 - 20 AAC 05.758 for the Cook Inlet Dungeness crab pot fishery and the Cook Inlet Dungeness crab ring net fishery.
(b) A point scale of 0 - 21 is established for the Cook Inlet Dungeness crab pot fishery.
(c) A point scale of 0 - 14 is established for the Cook Inlet Dungeness crab ring net fishery.
