- (a) The commission finds that the salmon hand troll fishery requires the use of the point system set out in 20 AAC 05.677 and 20 AAC 05.679.
- (b) A point scale of 0 - 101 is established as a system for ranking applicants for salmon hand troll entry permits. Points are awarded on the basis of the applicant's past participation and economic dependence as of January 1, 1980.
