- (a) Only persons designated as agents by holders of special harvest area entry permits may operate gear under the permit. Designation must be made on forms provided by the commission.
- (b) Each special harvest area gear operator must have in his possession a copy of the completed designation of agent form and a valid special harvest area entry permit card while operating gear or in possession of fish as required by 20 AAC 05.100 - 20 AAC 05.110.
