A permit with G, H, or I may be used on a vessel that is smaller than the vessel that corresponds with the permit. ++++ A permit with this gear code issued for the Northern Southeast Inside sablefish longline fishery or Southern Southeast Inside sablefish longline fishery includes pot gear.
- (b) Holders of gear code 61 and 91 permits shall notify the commission of any change of vessel used by the permit holder.
