Any person who is in possession of an interim-use, or entry permit card issued by the commission shall, upon request of any fish purchaser, or any officer authorized by the state to enforce this chapter, present personal identification as required by AS 16.10.267(a)(2) to establish that the card is in the possession of the person to whom it was issued.
