In 2 AAC 50.801 - 2 AAC 50.899, unless the context requires otherwise,

1. (1) "delivered" means conveyed by hand-delivery, electronic submission, or facsimile transmission;
2. (2) "mailed" means sent by first class or higher priority service using the United States Postal Service.
