Right to appeal department's decision

(a) A person subject to this chapter who is aggrieved by a decision of the department under this chapter may request an informal review of the decision under 18 AAC 15.185.
(b) This section does not affect the right of a person to request an adjudicatory hearing under 18 AAC 15.195 - 18 AAC 15.340.
