Requirements for cooling water intake structures

A permit issued to any new or existing Phase II facility with a cooling water intake structure must include as a condition compliance with the applicable requirements set out in 40 C.F.R. 125.80 through 40 C.F.R. 125.99, adopted by reference in 18 AAC 83.010.
