The requirements of 40 C.F.R. 141.500 - 141.571 (Subpart T - Enhanced Filtration and Disinfection - Systems Serving Fewer Than 10,000 People), as adopted by reference in 18 AAC 80.010(a), apply to a public water system that

1. (1) is identified in 18 AAC 80.600; and
2. (2) serves fewer than 10,000 individuals.
