The requirements of 40 C.F.R. 141.170 - 141.175 (Subpart P: Enhanced Filtration and Disinfection), as adopted by reference in 18 AAC 80.010(a), apply to a public water system that

1. (1) is identified in 18 AAC 80.600; and
2. (2) serves 10,000 or more individuals.
