Consumer confidence reports must be provided in compliance with, and to the extent required by 40 C.F.R. 141.151 - 40 C.F.R. 141.155 (Subpart O- Consumer Confidence Reports) and Appendix A to Subpart O, adopted by reference in 18 AAC 80.010(a).
